To return, simply mail the remaining product in original bottle together with our Delivery Order and/or Official Receipt in sealed packages to:

Upon receipt of the returned-product and within 5 working days we will send you a cheque or credit your account with 100% of the purchase price.
Please do not deliver personally and if you have bought the product from any of our retailers, return them back to the same outlet and request for your refund directly.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
In order to protect your interest as well as ours, please inspect the package carefully for any sign of damage before signing receipt of the merchandise.
However, should you find any damage to the product after taking delivery, please keep the original wrapper and contact the Courier Service Company to conduct a joint inspection and to make the necessary report. At the same time, request the Company to return the merchandise to the address of the sender written on the wrapper.
Please note that Courier Company's Policy of handling damaged goods supersedes our Policy and if you are in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
